Fantastic! Dana was very generous in sharing her knowledge and I now understand much better how to bake a sourdough bread. The focaccia we baked and ate at lunch with cheese and jams was delicious. The workshop was well paced and all the information included in the package, so we did not have to spend our time writing notes. I would highly recommend this workshop.
