Do you love bread, pastries, cookies, early mornings, and being part of a team that works with purpose? Sugar & Season is growing, and we are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to join our team!

Sugar & Season is not your average bakery. It is a place for the passionate and dedicated. Every loaf, every pastry, every interaction is rooted in hard work, accountability and integrity. This is more than just a job. We love what we do. You must also love Rock'n'Roll and dogs!

We are not actively hiring, however, we always welcome new applicants to share their resumes in our database. If you are interested in working as a baker or have experience with sourdough, or as a cake/cookie decorator, let us know. We are interested in finding talented baristas with a knack for backing and cookie decorating. Let us know how you can contribute to our team's success and we will definitely reach out to you!

We also welcome volunteer work and co-op students. If you are interested in donating your time in exchange for learning the craft of sourdough, we greatly appreciate the help as we serve our community.
